For use in isolation of Listeria species from food samples, in accordance with FDA BAM.
Per vial sufficient for 500 ml medium
Ingredients - Concentration:
Colistin - 5mg
Moxalactam - 10mg
Directions:
Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 1 ml of 0.2N NaoH and 1 ml sterile distilled water. Mix well to dissolve, avoid frothing and aseptically add to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) Listeria Oxford Agar Base w/1.2% Agar M1145F. Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.
