1. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the goods on arrival and notify Wishmed of any shortages, errors or damage via email and phone within 7 business days.
2. Wishmed reserves the right to levy a re-stocking fee of 30% of value of goods, if accepted back for credit, which were incorrectly ordered by the purchaser or as agreed by the supplier (Wishmed Pty Ltd).
3. Wishmed reserves the right to refuse claims for goods returned not received in writing within 7 business days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
4. Any goods supplied by Wishmed which the Buyer shall prove to the Seller’s satisfaction to have been defective through faulty material or workmanship, will be replaced or their value refunded provided Wishmed has received written notice of such defect within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
5. Subject to this obligation to credit the purchase price or replace defective goods all express or implied warranties or conditions statutory or otherwise are excluded and Wishmed will not be responsible for any loss or damage consequential or otherwise however caused.
6. Wishmed is under no obligation to accept cancellation or amendment to an order or part of an order where Wishmed can or has properly supplied the correct goods.
7. All prices are subject to a 10% GST, except where the supply is GST exempt.
8. The risk passes when the goods are delivered by the seller to the Buyer or to a carrier (whether employed by Seller or by Buyer) on leaving Seller’s premises.
9. You are liable to notify Wishmed Pty Ltd via email regarding any modifications in your organisation's ownership, legal status, or address.
10. All prices displayed on this website are subject to change without notice. The display of products and prices does not constitute a legally binding offer to sell, but rather an invitation to treat. A contract for sale is only formed when Wishmed Pty Ltd explicitly accepts your order.
