- Wishmed reserves the right to levy a re-stocking fee, if accepted back for credit, which were incorrectly ordered by the purchaser or as agreed by the supplier (Wishmed Pty Ltd).
- Wishmed reserves the right to refuse claims for goods returned not received in writing within 10 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
- Any goods supplied by Wishmed which the Buyer shall prove to the Seller’s satisfaction to have been defective through faulty material or workmanship, will be replaced or their value refunded provided Wishmed has received written notice of such defect within 10 days from the date of delivery.

- Subject to this obligation to credit the purchase price or replace defective goods all express or implied warrantied or conditions statutory or otherwise are excluded and Wishmed will not be responsible for any loss or damage consequential or otherwise however caused.
- Wishmed is under no obligation to accept cancellation or amendment to an order or part of an order where Wishmed can or has properly supplied the correct goods
