The bench-top Solids Dispenser PDBA10 is a automated version of the PDBT10 dispenser for batch
processing of a rack of microtubes or vials. The dispenser is operated via touch screen controller which synchronizes dispensing and the moving of the vial rack.
This solution increases productivity by allowing for “walk-away” time of lab operators. It alleviates
tedious repetitive tasks and improves productivity and process quality.
Workflow :
Tube or vial racks are inserted in the rack. Rack is placed onto the gantry table and registers.
Dispensing process is started from touchscreen controller and can be paused / restarted at each
moment. Remote start and integration in workcell enabled Settings for custom racks with number of containers as well as spacing can be entered. Instant
switching between different rack configurations.
